Pricing questions
What counts as a word?
The words in the text you submit, rounded up to the nearest 10. Running Humanize again charges the words of the humanized result, rounded up the same way. Detector-only checks cost 10 percent of the words checked, rounded up to the nearest 10, minimum 10.
What does Humanize again cost?
It charges the words of the humanized result, rounded up to the nearest 10. Each job can be run again up to 2 times on paid plans.
What does a detector-only check cost?
10 percent of the words checked, rounded up to the nearest 10, minimum 10. The standalone detector is on every paid plan; the estimate on each humanize job is already included in its words.
Do unused words roll over?
No. Words are per billing cycle and reset when the next cycle starts.
What if a job fails?
The words it reserved go back to your balance automatically. You are never charged for a failed job. If the humanizer could not process your text, you get it back with only small fixes and those words are refunded too.
What is the refund policy?
You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of a charge if you have used under 20 percent of that cycle's words. Detector outcomes are not grounds for a refund. Email hello@turnithuman.com to ask for one.
